New Work in Progress
Slow Magic is a playful, grounded exploration of somatics, embodiment, and delight through the lens of the natural world. Think of it as a field guide for being human—what some of my clients lovingly call “the manual for piloting your meatsack.” Part metaphor, part map, part mischievous companion, it weaves neurospicy humor with deep somatic wisdom.
Upcoming writing will be published here soon.
