About the event
Connecting with Others, Connecting with Ourselves: Meditations and Movement to Support Relationality.
Join me in Pretoria, South Africa at the Voice Box, a movement and music venue hosted by Voice Movement Therapy practititioner and faculty trainer Lerina van Rensburg for a gentle exploration in how we experience our relationship with our minds, our bodies, and each other. This workshop is inclusive to all body types and abilities. Wear comfortable clothes and bring something to take notes with, if desired.
Friday evening's experience with focus on relationship with our own sense of body and self. Saturday will involve solo, partnered, and small group explorations of how we experience connection with each other (touch is NOT required for these exercises). While the workshops build on each other, they also stand alone: Friday's experience is not required to participate in Saturday's.
